What makes us different?

The difference in our teachings as against the teachings of other consultants and teachers who teach leadership.

  1. All our Programs were developed by a CEO to teach himself leadership appropriate to Africa.  They were not developed by academics in an academic environment.
  2. We make a constant, clear and easy distinction between the science of management and the art of leadership.
  3. We focus on human energy as the key variable in effectiveness.  When energy goes up it takes effectiveness up with it: when energy slumps, effectiveness slumps with it. Positive human energy is the only resource that is exponential and can make quantum outcomes attainable.
  4. The leadership wisdom which underpins our Programs is drawn from the common sense of Stephen Covey, history, our heritage of old cultures (especially our own African inheritance), nature (which is so superbly capable of handling change) and New Science (Chaos Theory, Quantum Mechanics, Evolutionary Biology and Field Theory).
  5. Every participant on our Programs has had experience of leading (as parents, educators, coaches and/or managers) and of being led (by parents, educators, coaches and/or managers). Every participant has had the experience of good leadership and bad leadership – and of good followership and bad followership. So our philosophy and our teaching has been formed and tested thousands of times at the solid level of diverse personal experience.
  6. We measure human energy quickly, easily and reliably.  Our eQ Energy Survey is an invaluable guide or yardstick to ensure progress and sustainability.
  7. We use the immaculate good sense of metacognition to bring about sustainable behaviour change. Since humans do what they do because they see what they see, changing the paradigms (or pictures) is the key to changed behaviour on a sustainable basis. We have learnt how to change pictures!
  8. We have synthesised the experience into 8 Modules over 2 days of teaching.
  9. We have an Open Source attitude towards the content and process we have developed and we create confidence in those who have experienced it to pass it on to others.

On our Programs both the individual and the team have a memorable experience and a substantial “take home” which is sustainable.
