Introduction to the journey:

The journey to understand and then master human energy is a climb – and its quite hard work. The journey is to becoming "fully alive" as individuals and as teams. Unlike most interventions the beneficiaries are both the individual and the client.

Oscar Wilde wrote these challenging words "To live is the rarest thing in the world...most people just exist."

This is the "Learning to Lead" journey – to live fully, not just exist.

It starts with a deep awareness of human energy – the miracle that it is infinite and free and that it is the key determinant of all human outcomes. When it is positive we can fly, but when it is negative, performance, however one describes it, slumps.

Together we measure current energy levels, plot the route and draw the map.

The main part of  the journey takes about 16 hours – easily divided into 8 modules. We measure the energy levels at the end and are ready to answer the two inevitable questions:

1. How do I as an individual, or we as a team, move on to the tough challenges lying ahead?
2. How do we help others to do the same?
