When we say “play BLUE” we describe behaviour that seeks to create energy between people. “Playing RED” is playing Power – the enemy of energy.

Johnny the Bagger, an inspirational movie that we came across on our journey towards playing “BLUE”. For us playing “BLUE” means spiralling up the energy and trust in relationships and striving for good outcomes.
